  I'd give a zero if I could, made an appointment to get my cat fixed and use their drop off and pick up service. I had to call them back later in the week to get the information for their drop off and pick up service. We were told by Holly that drop off and pick up was in Norwalk. My boyfriend and I live 40 minutes away from Norwalk. We listened to the voicemail over and over to make sure the location and time were correct. My boyfriend even went as far as to call back later in the day to make sure that was where we were to go. Well come the day that we're getting her fixed no one shows up. My boyfriend called them and they acted like we were the ones who didn't hear then right. Safe to say we cancelled our appointment and will never go back.
